Democracy means everyone having a say.
Scotland is making fantastic headway on Disabled equality (meanwhile 10 Downing Street still doesn't have a dropped kerb for wheelchair access)

All of us want to live well, but the government is making that harder for Disabled people with conditions like blindness, or being an amputee.
Every few years we must prove our impairment is the same, and that we still need accessibility tools. It’s stressful, and pointless.
The government must stop endless checks for lifelong conditions, and use the resources to help more people live well.
Have you appealed a PIP decision in the last 5 years?
@icpr.bsky.social is investigating PIP decisions, particularly for those of us with fluctuating and invisible conditions.
Help create a better PIP system:
Everyone who would like to work should have an equal chance, but some employers are reluctant to employ Disabled people.
The Government wants fewer Disabled people to receive support. Meanwhile 28% of Disabled people have been pushed into poverty.
Let's change it.
