So I cheated a few times, and because of that I think I'm just gonna jump into the deep end and start dieting. Stick to stuff that it's my kitchen and only go to stores when I'm out of food. I might make some exceptions when hanging out with friends or family, I can still get drinks...

Going pretty well. Haven't been able to do much exercise due to my back, but I don't crave high sugar things as much as I thought I would. Now onto the next step, no Sheetz or Blue Cheese. Both may be under 5 grams of sugar, but the calories still get me.

Alright. Nothing with more than 5 grams of sugar until at least November. With few exceptions like a piece of birthday cake or something like that
