Jinx has no idea that she's the reason my phone camera roll is full of cat 🐈⬛ photos, that I smile every time someone asks about her, & that I tell stories about her to people who have never met her.
All she knows is that I love her & somehow that's enough. 🩷

Totally agree. It’s great to experience the love of an animal- all your 10 realities are true. Their presence is what we miss most when they’re gone. There’s missing space in your life, but it was worth it all.

Thanks. Your list brought back sweet memories of my two cats that crossed the Rainbow Bridge toward the end of last year. They both did everything on your list except the love bites, only one did that, on my toes. 😁 I still miss them terribly. I want two more but realize I can no longer afford them.
