Also L-3 for bow/pen comps should be really intresting, 5% range buff is kinda crazy and burst is very helpful for both those comps, and now that it has midline range it could be very good with +2 midline tbh esp for pen.

I think next patch is gonna be a contest between liter and bow for best anchor unless pen comps figure something out. I feel like everyones saying liter and it could be right but the bow stuff is very overlooked right now and is only gonna benefit from all the changes this version imo.
