Last year, we stood with the Governor and administration to reauthorize Cap-and-Trade and protect critical funding for housing, transit, and air quality programs statewide.
Now, a @airresources.bsky.social proposal this Thursday would cut $2 billion from those same programs.
Today, @airresources.bsky.social is set to adopt proposed Cap-and-Invest amendments.
The proposed amendments would reduce the GGRF by $2 billion annually threatening key programs, including:
- AHSC
- TIRCP
- LCTOP
