Hospital couldn't help much, but I'm finding I'm better not taking my cough suppressant, which makes me think I've been taking it so long I'm getting some kind of rebound effect.
My throat hasn't felt like this since I had my tonsils removed.
Final total of funds lost to illness expenses is about $300.
Full update has been posted. I'm on the mend today; hopefully for good this time.
