The best workout is the one you can do again tomorrow. I once squatted 465lbs at 220lbs of muscle. Looked great. Couldn't walk up stairs without getting winded. Sustainable beats spectacular. 🇧🇷 O melhor treino é aquele que você consegue fazer novamente amanhã.
