Layoffs are currently pending consultation and could impact up to 380 employees.
lots of people are starting their own group for potential revenue share but no one wants to work for free. if they like the group , they will stick to it but they will have to work somewhere else and not be as dedicated to the project.
so tl;dr, the industry is still limping, not moving forward fast enough and not recovering anytime soon, not like it was 10 or even 5 years ago. kinda stuck whether i should stick it out or learn a new trade and so something else
