Threw up after a bad reaction to starting some antibiotics tonight
That's the 9th time I've ever thrown up in my 38 years
I love when I start noticing my nails are catching my socks and then I clip them
It feels so fresh afterwards and freeing! I don't know why but it's like freshly shaved legs or fresh bedding

I feel like a broken record but I haven't been this weight since before puberty
I lived a very sheltered & obese life since I was a kid. I wasn't allowed to do much, then I held myself back
