Webtoons and the like were the death of the golden era of webcomics and I'll keep saying this as I'm dragged off like a deranged conspiracy theororist screaming in the middle of a walmart at 3am in their pajamas.
I can never recommend Comicfury enough as a hosting and reading site.
It has incredible moderation tools for creators, no hiatus punishment, a good tagging system for nsfw / gore that DOESNT hide your comic from ever getting traction, and just really good site management.
Never use webtoons.

If you can't tell, I have some ~opinions~ about webtoons. Comicfury is superior in every single way and I don't care if you're tired of me rambling at you to engage with webcomics there I'm gonna KEEP DOING IT. GO TO COMICFURY. YOU DESERVE BETTER THAN WEBTOONS.
