He plans to remove them from federal lands in Montana. Bison are America’s national mammal, sacred to many Indigenous communities, and one of the greatest conservation success stories in US history.
They, like us, will endure.
The American Prairie Foundation has had its license to graze conservation herds of bison on federal pastures revoked by the Department of the Interior
