Back at our ArtLab @utrechtuniversity.bsky.social with art history students. Working from a late 16th #French recipe, they recreated #sugar sculptures of #apples๐. We even mixed some high-quality #saffron into the sugar, as was common at prestigious #courts: they leave behind bright yellow spots!๐
