By the way, there -is- going to be an eventual happy ending, even though it might not seem that way at the moment. Things will start getting slightly better in chapter 14. Until then, it's just Stolas being miserable in various ways.

Chapter 11 is pretty close to dead dove territory. Stolas is really put through the wringer in this one. Trigger warnings in the A/N. Stella basically being a sadistic monster. I understand if some readers need to sit this one out.
