One to-do item completed
Lots of stitching done (not technically on the to-do, more the fun reward in between)
Two more actual to-do items to do, but my new embroidery frame is supposed to come today, so the stitching will continue as well.
Task two: the dishening
In just the purest ADHD fashion, two tasks turned into five. Wash the dishes turned into finish cleaning and refill the hummingbird feeder. Hummingbird feeder turned into watering plants. Task two, making syrup from previously frozen harvest, turned into picking ripe mulberries.
This is the one and only time I will accept this format:
Duck Duck and the Geese
Yes, that’s the … that’s the whole …
Ducking Grey Duck
Ducking Grey Duck

The way humans are hardwired for art and community makes me so happy. Don’t ever let anyone tell you we’re not. Congrats NY 🥰
People outside of Minnesota ask
“Why weren’t you scared to stand up to ICE?”
I always tell them we did it scared, but we did it anyway.
And that bravery in community is contagious.
