I think this may be fixed but only if you create a new Sim (possibly it's enough to create completely new outfit): forums.ea.com/idea/the-sim... If anyone could test and post the results, that'd be great. I did some testing and it worked fine for me with new Sims .. maybe I didn't add enough layers
