My name is Rep. Jacob Rosecrants & I can’t stand by silently any longer…I’ve been wanting to say this for a long time. I wanted the lowest score out of all House members on the 2026 OCPA Report Card, & I failed. On a positive note, my 35/100 gives me something to improve upon in ‘27!
