Re Delaney Hall detention center: DHSgov tweeted "It is a crime to enter the US illegally." This is a lie--it's a CIVIL offense. "Everyone being held...broke the law." Not if they were citizens or green card holders who also got swept up. This is because DHS ignores due process.
