Its so funny that I forget how good I feel after an absolute killer gym day. Be making me wanna be in there 7 days a week lol.
Maybe i need to do a year to year comparison rather than from the start of my exercise journey? Or maybe im not as motivated as I thought I was? I did tell myself that i need to prioritize career and finances now that ive got routines down, but I'm worried this thinking will lead to a total fall off
The straight male energy at this gym has piqued and I fear if it continues through the summer I will have to find another 😭

Was fucking around a little in rhe gym and decided to test some things, and apperently I can now do Dips and pulls unassisted???
Not many, but I can do it! So naturally.... now I gotta figure out how to work them into one of my routines 😭
