Donald Trump has nominated U.S. Attorney and former SEC Chair Jay Clayton to serve as Director of National Intelligence.
Clayton would replace Tulsi Gabbard. The announcement comes amid the ongoing FISA battle, though it's notable that the House is already out of session.
