I met with Hillingdon Friends of the Earth as they presented me with their community petition calling for new rules to ensure businesses have to monitor and report on possible human rights abuses and environmental harms in supply chains. Pleased to support their important campaign.

I'm pleased to share that Bishopshalt School and Uxbridge High School have both been approved for funding through the Government's Condition Improvement Fund. Over Ā£450 million has been allocated across 813 projects nationally to keep school buildings safe and in good condition.
As of today, the Post Office in Uxbridge has now closed. I know how upsetting this is for residents, who have told me repeatedly how important this service is. I want you to know I've been fighting for this since the moment the closure was rumoured.
