A young, young Ben Franklin used to use pseudonyms all the time to sh*ttalk
As to b, ive problems with finding that line between accountability (and when that enters showy punitive it bleeds it leads urges) and allowing anonymous trolling with the caveat 'trust me, studies show our hands are tied'
But i suppose if a real name can be subpoenaed, allow a first lvl of anon
