Alaska House members issued — and then rescinded — a rare legislative subpoena seeking information on the state's decision to remove the name of a challenger to Sen. Dan Sullivan with the same name from the ballot.
The subpoena was rescinded after Lt. Gov. Nancy Dahlstrom threatened to sue to have it quashed.
