I SOOO appreciate the outpouring of support and kindness while I navigate this awful situation. Today we move to a longer term stay housesitting for a sweet family while they go on vacation. I’m able to afford some groceries today to get us settled in, and I couldn’t do that without y’all. 💜

This tiny menace managed to completely disappear from our hotel room today. We looked EVERYWHERE. It’s not that big! I went calling for her on each floor and stairwell. The receptionist helped! Then around 9:30, she just appears from the V O I D, screaming for food.

A week ago, I was meant to move to Portland, OR with my daughter & 2 cats. I had everything lined up, including a full merit scholarship for grad school. Until my ex-husband decided to fight me for custody and now we can’t leave. So, we’re living in Airbnbs and hotels until it’s legally resolved.
