We show how gene syntax shapes gene expression through DNA supercoiling, revealing a new layer of regulation. We built homozygous hiPSC lines with identical payloads at CLYBL & AAVS1

Gene syntax has big implications for genetic design in human cells, especially for programming stem cells and cell therapies! We've learned a lot but there are many new questions and as always a lot more to learn!
