These are proposed Section 301 tariffs. One of the many countries named is Canada. As a stopgap measure after the Supreme Court struck down his IEEPA emergency tariffs, President Trump had implemented a 10% global levy under Section 122 of the Trade Act, but those import taxes expire in July.
