Gas station companies are illegally conspiring to raise prices, and they're using AI to do it, according to a new lawsuit.
The class action lawsuit claims that the corporate owners of over 1,700 California gas stations are using Kalibrate, an AI platform, to share data and keep prices high.
Minnesota governor Tim Walz commented: “Found an imaginary problem, said only they could fix it, didn’t listen to experts, hired buddies who grifted millions, failed miserably, bragged how great it went. The entire Trump presidency in a nutshell.”
