A simple egg-and-cheese sandwich that takes approximately 3 minutes to make, while promising that the cheese inside will always be melty and spectacular. Wrap it in foil and pack them up for wherever you're heading this weekend. They reheat fantastically.

You know what our day needs? One-pan pie bars, as in, you mix and bake everything right in the pan for peak ease. Not too sweet, these are as exceptional with a dollop of yogurt on top for breakfast as they are with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
