I touched on one of the most-regulated supplies already. Alchemists need Activator to do their craft. It's a well guarded guild secret how it is produced, and by selling it, the guild keeps tight control on who can do alchemy and who can't. Of course, only guild members qualify at all.

Are there depot stores that anyone can go to or is it "locked" behind affiliation and heavily guarded? Is it even more accessible like a PokéMart where you'd find one in every town?
