Evan Masse, a North Smithfield resident, is the force behind a petition on Change.org making the case for Waffle House, the beloved national breakfast chain, to open what would be its first location in New England, here in Rhode Island.
“Rhode Island is missing something much of America already has which is a true 24/7 diner experience,” an online petition states.
