So misleading. It was 1 year after, when he approached them to apply for asylum and provided them the aforementioned date & location.

6 months ago, ICE detained Victor at a routine immigration appointment for no reason.
What followed was:
Wife lost income
Children lost dad
Wife & kids moved out of state
Lost their house
Lost their pets (two cats and dog)
And the family is still apart
