The British army has long been a US division (with sufficient logistics to deploy & be maintained...in theory anyway).
I little issue with it being an EU division

the ppl demanding an increase in defense spending think the british empire still exists.
we'd be better off if we accepted that it didn't and prioritised our economy based on reality.
sure we should help our allies if we can but we should be focusing on british citizens first and foremost.
