My two cents on this whole ‘cut welfare to pay for defence’ waffle.
1) The state pension is classed as welfare.
2) Most working age people who claim welfare also work.
We should ask companies like Amazon, Tesco, Asda etc why the taxpayer is having to subsidise their companies low wage policies.
