Here to say that my purchase with Bibi's shop was absolutely phenomenal. <3 Communication was wonderful, and when my knee brace didn't fit properly, getting it exchanged for the correct size went off flawlessly. My brace and cane are top notch and I will happily do business again. <3

I wish people were kinder and more understanding of small businesses. Especially when mistakes or issues happen. I'm not a big company. It's just me. People constantly get upset at me for not creating more products. While also trying to take advantage of me.
