That’s called a bribe.
“Court packing” is a deliberately inflammatory term designed to trigger a negative response (it sounds inherently bad). The actual act is changing the number of seats on the Court—something that we’ve done multiple times. It is inherently neutral and may be good or bad depending on circumstances.
