Very important! I had my first boob-pancakening a few years ago in my mid 40s after 20+ yrs of HRT & 12 yrs post BA with implants that have now been recalled. Thus the reason for the concern. And you would not believe the amount of kicking & screaming it takes to get an appointment before you're 50.
