Happening today and tomorrow at the Institute for Social Research in Frankfurt!
(I'll be delivering my third talk in four days 😵💫, this time on Schelling's Naturphilosophie and the Late Turn to Materialism...and co-delivering the workshop introduction 🙂). See you there!
Looking forward to heading to Berlin next month to join a such an interesting, inspiring group of people for discussions on freedom and autonomy in Schelling.
I’ll be presenting on freedom in relation to the law in the late Schelling!
Very happy to see this: Alexander Legebeke wrote a report on the 'Schelling and the Frankfurt School' workshop, that @kylabruff.bsky.social, Martin Saar and I organized at the @ifsfrankfurt.bsky.social last year for Kabiri: journals.library.mun.ca/index.php/ka... 1/2
This will be followed by a public talk in Neuburg an der Donau on Saturday evening on Adorno, music, and critical reflection (www.piu-praesentiert.de/.../sprechen...).
Then Monday morning I'll be back in Frankfurt to deliver the introduction to the Schelling and the Frankfurt School workshop together with co-organizers @tbheinze.bsky.social and Martin Saar (tinygu.de/schelling). Fun!
Kabiri 5 is now live! I am particularly excited to share this volume--my first as Editor-in-Chief--edited together with an amazing team. We had the pleasure of working with creative contributions from a talented set of contributors.
It's open access 🙂:

Excited to be headed to Munich this evening for the big Schelling Congress! (schelling.hypotheses.org). I'm giving a talk in Munich on systematizing Schelling's political philosophy.
The conclusion states that "the dialogues in Frankfurt have paved the way for sustained inquiry [...], as well as for future collaborative projects". I can say this much: a piece by @kylabruff.bsky.social and me should be out by the end of the year and an extended special issue is in the making 2/2
