GenAI for envisioning a concept is such a bad idea. Even if you're saying you're concepting it after, if you had some highly rendered thing that people got used to associating with it, the well is poisoned where concepts later will be compared with and be based on your intitial crappy GenAI thing.
That's why placeholders are usually roughly drawn in, gray spheres, or shapes. You don't spend much time on them, you know to replace them and also it's a thing that can be built on where the finer details can be flushed out and explored and tied into your world by your awesome concept artists.
Adding group chats on here before adding the ability to DM people images and gifs feels like a weird order of operations.
