NTSB Prelim report: GPS Jamming tests that stopped for New Mexico air ambulance N249CP to fly safely on May 14 restarted without notifying ATC or pilots. Ten minutes later, after reporting navigation problems the aircraft crashed into a mountain killing all 4 aboard.
