Oh boy, I'm waiting to see exactly who those 78 are. I'm fuming! Jim O'Callaghan is a disgrace. He does nothing to protect any vulnerable people in our society.

The Dáil has voted 78 to 68 to defeat a bid from opposition parties to prevent the use of counselling notes in sexual assault prosecutions. Justice minister Jim O’Callaghan said his legal advice was that counsellors’ notes should be available, and that they can be of value in securing a prosecution.
