Startups were part of an era of my life that's over.
If the past five years about my life was about getting down to the core of myself and finally finding my true self, the next five years is about being a part of something bigger, building structures around me, community, projects that bring about positive change, fulfillment.
I've been inclined to use this for more short-form journaling purposes lately, which is nice for sharing with the maybe 100 or so mutuals on here that I'm comfortable sharing details of my life with but it's not so great that thousands of other followers and other people see it too.
I probably won't work in anything like a traditional tech organization ever again.
