I had to login to X in order to complain about problems with the WW app. Doing so made my skin crawl. The first thing I saw was a post from Musk and I immediately muted his account. There are so many unwanted ads on that platform. I hope Bluesky never goes that route.
After having the same cellular telephone number for 25 years I may need to change my number due to a high volume of political robotext messages. These fuckers are coming in fast and furious. 4 today alone. There seems to be no escape. I hate that pacs are exempt from the Do Not Call registry. 🤬
If there is one hotspot that may have contributed to this week's numbers it would have to be the blueberry pie/ice cream blowout on Saturday. Realistically, I could've held that until tonight. Better planning next time. I'm about 95 pounds from my goal weight. That's still progress!
I have experienced my first weight gain since 4/20. Racking my brain for a reason, but then saw other metrics which show body fat mass down and lean body mass up. Without significant knowledge in this area, I'm interpreting that as good news.
I'll go back and review my food log for any hotspots.
Don't expect gas prices to drop as quickly as Trump blabs on about. The Strait of Hormuz cannot reopen until mines are cleared and war damage to infrastructure is repaired. We'll be paying high prices for a while longer.
And he still doesn't care about us or our financial struggle!
