What's going on with this fellow? About half an hour ago it stopped climbing with the other 6 balloons and started descending, and now It's about 20000 feet lower than the others.
They're landing this one in a soccer field at Hansen Dam. I thought these balloons could only maneuver by changing altitude to choose winds, but this looks like more than that.
