My most obvious example of this would be Lolanene and others from where she comes from. They all have a distinctive accent that I always write out in their dialogue. It's just a fun lil thing.
Others have similar things, but not many are as distinct as that.

Do you use dialog differently for certain characters?
Do some speak in shorter, choppier sentences? Use different grammar? Communicate non-verbally? Use multiple languages?
