part of the divide with AI is people with a lot of money have always conflated "I asked someone to do something" with "I did the thing" "I wrote a book" = had it ghostwritten "I built that [whatever]" = had it built if they didn't mix those up they'd have to reckon with they've never done anything

it's more like if you asked somebody else to do something, then they did what you asked them to if you ask Jerry to draw something, you didn't draw it. the instant Jerry isn't available you can't do it, because you never could, and didn't it simulates "I know a guy who can write bad emails for me"
