Had my first experience with a pharmacist who refused me my covid booster. Was absolutely ignorant that Pennsylvania is a part of the Northeastern Public Health Collaborative and to follow their recs, not CDC alone. Hell, they didn't even know CDC recs and thought Pfizer wasn't an mRNA.
