Paramount Skydance accuses Netflix of spearheading a “scorched-earth campaign to try and poison regulators and other stakeholders” against its $110 billion purchase of rival Hollywood studio Warner Bros. Discovery.
In a letter to the Justice Department, Paramount Skydance’s top lawyer also pushed back on concerns about the economic consequences of the blockbuster merger.
