The U.S. military attacks a boat it said was smuggling drugs in the eastern Pacific Ocean, killing two men, as the Trump administration wages a monthslong campaign against alleged traffickers in Latin America.
The U.S. didn’t provide evidence that the vessel was carrying illicit drugs. More than 200 people have been killed in such strikes since the military campaign began in September.
