The worst thing I've ever done was be a bit of a bully when I was a child because I was being bullied and thought that was just how kids interacted.
And I still feel guilty about that.
I miss hope. I miss motivation. I miss sleeping at night. I don't know if I'll ever finish the paintings I've started.

Update on eyes:
Opt Doc says they're fine - I'm just getting older, and the muscles that were compensating for the gradual age-related decline in my vision gave up because they're tired and kinda dry. In short: I'm old, I need glasses.
Woke up with blurry vision on Saturday. Going to talk to my optometrist tomorrow.

I feel like I'm a 'cool old person', because I kept a childlike mindset of curiosity and daring later into life. I didn't let my brain go into retirement mode.
Sounds smug, right? There goes the 'cool' status.
