Knud Tinglev-Hansen was from Denmark; with his wife he owned the Perfume Shops in Madison WI. He had the grace of the Old World, and his face lit up whenever I walked in. In 1985 he introduced me to men's scents created decades before in Europe. He passed in 2019; I wish I'd visited him more often.
