Determined not to pay for Boojum, we made it ourselves. Delicious, but it took about 2 hours to do everything, 3 pots and a pan for the hot foods. Pico de Gallo and Pickled Red Onions homemade. So much chopping and washing up. I dunno if it worked out cheaper but we were chuffed with the results.
